Upon arrival, the raw materials and packaging are stored in a specially designed area that is climate-controlled in order to keep the products fresh and stable. The production area is the place where the real change is made, but every component is brought up to the standard and done carefully until then.
In order to achieve the texture that is smooth and balanced and is the one you can find in each and every product, we employ high-speed vacuum emulsifiers and homogenizers at this stage. What is done is not only mixing, but it is also the skill of combining oils and waters in a way that results in products with a uniform consistency that are light, rich, and have the properties of a natural ingredient.
By the way, if it is a moisturizer, shampoo, or toner, every batch is produced with precision and care by our cosmetic manufacturing team in Canada.

Our plant in Ponoka, Alberta operates nearly 24 hours a day and can produce up to 50,000 liters of product daily. Quality, however, remains our top priority.
